Our Story
Founded by Iadashisha Umwi, lovingly known as Iada, a proud daughter of the green and misty hills of Meghalaya, Eden was born from her deep love for nature and her people. Growing up surrounded by the untouched beauty of the Northeast, Iada witnessed the richness of the land and the quiet strength of the farmers who cultivate it. Her vision was simple yet powerful: to bring the world the purest superfoods, straight from the source, while honoring and supporting the communities that grow them.
Eden’s distinctiveness lies in its direct collaboration with local farmers, ensuring every product is authentically sourced. Our entire range is traditionally cultivated and harvested, inspired by ancient wisdom and sustainable methods that are free from harmful chemicals and support environmental stewardship. By sourcing straight from the origin, Eden not only guarantees uncompromising quality but also fosters fair incomes for the farmers who nurture these crops, building trust and positive impact at every step.

Our curated collection features:
Lakadong Turmeric- Sourced from the pristine Jaintia Hills of Meghalaya, is available in both powder and dried slice formats. With an exceptionally high curcumin content (7–12%), it stands out as one of nature’s most potent healers, celebrated for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits.
Mizoram Ginger- Offered in two aromatic varieties Thingpui and Thinglaidum cultivated in the fertile hills of Mizoram.
Meghalaya Black Pepper- bold and robust, sun-ripened in the pure air of Meghalaya’s highlands.
Meghalaya Bay Leaf- Wild-harvested and fragrant, is traditionally dried to preserve its rich aroma and medicinal properties.
